The yoga is formed when Sun occupies the 10th house and Saturn occupies 3rd house along with the Lord of the 10th. According to some scholars, the yoga is not possible to form for Aries and Taurus Lagna as 10th Lord is Saturn itself. However, some other scholars are in the opinion of Saturn, being the Lord of 10th is fulfilling the yoga requirement.
The yoga is not possible for Scorpio ascendants as 10th Lord is Sun and it cannot be in the 3rd house at the same time.
Similarly, yoga is not possible to form for Leo, Virgo, Sagittarius and Capricorn ascendants, as the 10th Lord is Mercury or Venus, which cannot stay at the 6th house from Sun (Mercury and Venus are closer planets to Sun and it’s astronomically impossible to stay 6 signs away from Sun)
