Welcome to FeelAstro. By accessing or using this website, calculators, reports, AI chat, subscriptions, token services, or any related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using FeelAstro, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service.
2. Nature of Service
FeelAstro provides astrology-based content, chart calculations, interpretive reports, AI-assisted responses, calculators, and related digital services for informational, reflective, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.
FeelAstro does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
- all activity under your account,
- keeping your information accurate and updated.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, payment disputes, free-credit misuse, duplicate account creation, or violation of these terms.
4. Email Verification and Access
Certain features or benefits may require email verification before access is granted. We may restrict login, promotional benefits, or credits until verification is completed.
5. Free Tokens, Credits, and Promotional Benefits
FeelAstro may offer welcome tokens, promotional credits, trial access, or bonus features at its sole discretion. Such benefits:
- are non-transferable,
- have no cash value,
- may be limited to one per user, email, device, or payment profile,
- may be withdrawn, reduced, or denied in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
FeelAstro reserves the right to deny or revoke free credits where repeated signups, account recreation, token farming, or other misuse is detected.
6. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Tokens
Some features may require payment, subscription, or token usage. By purchasing a paid plan, report, or token bundle, you agree to the pricing displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Token-based services may be consumed upon use of premium features such as AI chat, advanced calculators, and detailed reports.
Unused tokens, credits, and digital entitlements are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
7. Billing and Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay, PayPal, app marketplaces, or other authorized payment processors. We do not store full card or payment instrument details on our servers unless explicitly stated.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription handling are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on FeelAstro, including branding, reports, calculators, layouts, text, graphics, code, and original interpretive content, is owned by or licensed to FeelAstro and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, republish, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, accounts, or data,
- scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform,
- create multiple accounts for free-credit abuse,
- misuse AI features for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
11. FeelAstro Community
FeelAstro Community is our question-and-answer forum, with Community Expert cards and expert chat. If you use it, this section and the Community Guidelines also apply, and the Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
a) Joining
You must be 18 or older and verify a WhatsApp number to join. You may hold one community profile, and each phone number may be used for one profile only.
b) Your content
You are responsible for everything you post or send, including questions, answers, comments, profile text, Expert Card details and chat messages. You keep ownership of it. You give FeelAstro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, format, translate and distribute it as part of the Service. For public posts, this licence continues after you delete your account; those posts are then shown as "Deleted user".
c) What you must not post or send
You must not post or send anything that:
- belongs to someone else and you have no right to share,
- is obscene, pornographic or paedophilic, or invades another person's privacy, including bodily privacy,
- insults or harasses anyone on the basis of gender,
- is defamatory, or racially or ethnically objectionable,
- relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling,
- promotes enmity between groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence,
- is harmful to children,
- infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right,
- misleads people about where a message came from, or knowingly spreads false or misleading information,
- impersonates another person,
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries or public order, incites any offence, or insults another nation,
- contains viruses or other code meant to disrupt any computer system,
- breaks any law in force, or
- breaks the Community Guidelines. For example, it predicts death or a lifespan, guarantees an outcome, frightens people to sell remedies, or puts phone numbers, emails, links, UPI IDs or social handles in posts.
d) Moderation
Content is screened automatically, including by an AI service, and questions and answers are reviewed by a moderator before they appear. We may refuse, hide or remove any content, and limit, suspend or ban any community profile that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines. A ban applies to the phone number as well as the profile. Reputation, badges and Expert Cards are awarded at our discretion, can be withdrawn, and have no cash value.
e) Community Experts and chat
Community Experts are independent members. FeelAstro does not employ, vet or certify them, and does not guarantee the accuracy of anything they say. Answers and chat messages are the views of the members who write them, not of FeelAstro. Any consultation, fee or payment you agree with an expert is solely between you and that expert. FeelAstro is not a party to it, does not process the payment, and is not responsible for it. Messages that contain payment details may be held by our checks.
f) Complaints
Use the Report button on any post, or contact our Grievance Officer.
12. AI and Automated Interpretations
Some FeelAstro features may use AI-generated or automated interpretations. These outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, generalized statements, or imperfect reasoning. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or critical decisions.
13. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Astrological interpretations are symbolic and subjective in nature. FeelAstro does not guarantee outcomes related to relationships, marriage, health, fertility, finance, business, legal matters, education, career, or future events.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelAstro and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or business loss arising from use of the Service, reliance on readings, token use, subscription use, downtime, interruptions, or technical issues.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeelAstro and its affiliates against any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
16. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, pricing, subscription plan, calculator, token rule, report format, or AI functionality at any time without liability.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, unless otherwise required by law.
