It tells you who to contact with a complaint about FeelAstro and how quickly we will respond. FeelAstro is operated by NIRYUONTECH IT SERVICES LLP.

2. What you can raise
- content on FeelAstro that you believe breaks our Terms & Conditions or the law. This includes Community questions, answers, comments, profiles, Expert Cards and chat messages,
- how we handle your personal data (see our Privacy Policy),
- a moderation decision about your own content or account,
- any other complaint about the Service.
For a single post in the Community, the quickest route is the Report button on that post. A moderator reviews every report.
3. How to file a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer with the subject line "Grievance" and include:
- your name and a way to contact you,
- the link to each piece of content concerned, or a clear description of the issue,
- what is wrong and why,
- if you are complaining on someone else's behalf, how you are connected to them.
4. How quickly we respond
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
- A request to remove content that breaks the rules on prohibited content is acted on as fast as possible and resolved within 72 hours.
- Content that shows a person's private areas, shows them in full or partial nudity or in a sexual act, or impersonates them (including morphed images) is removed or disabled within 24 hours of a complaint by that person or by someone on their behalf.
5. If you are not satisfied
If you disagree with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India within 30 days of receiving the decision, at gac.gov.in.
6. Orders from authorities
Orders from courts and government agencies may also be sent to the Grievance Officer at the email address above.
