FeelAstro respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your account,
- calculate charts and generate reports,
- provide AI-assisted astrology responses,
- process subscriptions, payments, and token balances,
- verify identity and email ownership,
- improve the website, app, and user experience,
- prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized access,
- comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Features
If you use AI-based features, your prompts, chart context, and related usage data may be processed to generate responses, improve service quality, support continuity, prevent misuse, and maintain reliability and safety.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure usage, improve performance, and enhance security.
You may disable cookies through your browser, but some features may stop working properly.
Mobile app analytics and ad measurement
The FeelAstro Android app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and the Meta (Facebook) SDK to understand how the app is used and to measure which of our ads lead to app installs and sign-ups. These services may receive app events (for example, the app being opened for the first time or an account being created), device information, an app-instance identifier and your device's advertising ID. We do not send them your name, email address, phone number, birth details or chart data, and we do not use this data for personalised advertising (remarketing).
Google Analytics is not enabled in the app for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
5. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay, PayPal, app stores, or similar services. Those providers process your payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only:
- with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including the app analytics and ad-measurement services described in section 4,
- with payment gateways and authentication providers,
- when required by law or legal process,
- to protect the rights, safety, or security of FeelAstro and its users,
- in connection with a business transfer, restructuring, or merger.
7. Data Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Some records, including billing records, welcome-credit abuse prevention data, transaction logs, and legal compliance records, may be retained even after account deletion where reasonably necessary.
8. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, operational, and billing retention requirements. Certain records may be retained where necessary for abuse prevention or compliance.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Children's Privacy
FeelAstro is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without proper authorization, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
11. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal information. You may contact us for such requests.
12. International Use
If you access the Service from outside India, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate.
