Sada Sanchara Yoga forms when the Lagna, or the sign occupied by the Lagna Lord, is a movable sign such as Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn. It becomes more prominent when both the Lagna and the Navamsa Lagna are movable signs.

The calculator checks whether the Ascendant itself is movable or whether the Lagna Lord occupies a movable sign. It then checks whether the Navamsa Lagna is also movable, because that makes the yoga more visible and life-defining.
