Jaya Yoga forms when the 6th Lord is debilitated and the 10th Lord is in deep exaltation or a very strong exalted state. This combination weakens challenge factors while empowering career and action.
The calculator checks whether the 6th Lord is debilitated and whether the 10th Lord is exalted strongly enough to support the yoga. It also reviews how close the 10th Lord is to its deep exaltation degree and whether afflictions reduce the yoga’s ability to function smoothly.
When strong and clean, Jaya Yoga can support career success, victories in competition, smoother progress in ventures, weaker opposition, stronger authority, and a more supported feeling in work and life outcomes.
The yoga can weaken when the exalted 10th Lord is placed in a trik house such as the 6th, 8th, or 12th, or when it is heavily afflicted by Saturn, Mars, or Rahu. In such cases, success may still come, but with more stress, delay, controversy, or a higher price to pay.

When 6th Lord is debilitated and 10th Lord is in deep exaltation, Jaya yoga is formed in a horoscope. The 6th house is all about challenges, enemies, illness and debts in a person’s life. So if the Lord of 6th is weak through debilitation, and Lord of the Karma House is highly powerful to deliver its results with no obstructions from 6th Lord, a person will be victorious in every venture.
This calculator will report the exaltation degree of 10th Lord (if the planet is exalted). However, the calculator considers the exaltation sign of the planet instead of the exaltation degrees. The effectiveness of the yoga depends on how close the 10th Lord is to its deep exaltation degree.

- Sun: 10 degree Aries.
- Moon: 3 degree Taurus.
- Mars: 28 degree Capricorn.
- Mercury: 15 degree Virgo.
- Jupiter: 5 degree Cancer.
- Venus: 27 degree Pisces.
- Saturn: 20 degree Libra.
