Welcome to FeelAstro. By accessing or using this website, calculators, reports, AI chat, subscriptions, token services, or any related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using FeelAstro, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service.
2. Nature of Service
FeelAstro provides astrology-based content, chart calculations, interpretive reports, AI-assisted responses, calculators, and related digital services for informational, reflective, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.
FeelAstro does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
- all activity under your account,
- keeping your information accurate and updated.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, payment disputes, free-credit misuse, duplicate account creation, or violation of these terms.
4. Email Verification and Access
Certain features or benefits may require email verification before access is granted. We may restrict login, promotional benefits, or credits until verification is completed.
5. Free Tokens, Credits, and Promotional Benefits
FeelAstro may offer welcome tokens, promotional credits, trial access, or bonus features at its sole discretion. Such benefits:
- are non-transferable,
- have no cash value,
- may be limited to one per user, email, device, or payment profile,
- may be withdrawn, reduced, or denied in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
FeelAstro reserves the right to deny or revoke free credits where repeated signups, account recreation, token farming, or other misuse is detected.
6. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Tokens
Some features may require payment, subscription, or token usage. By purchasing a paid plan, report, or token bundle, you agree to the pricing displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Token-based services may be consumed upon use of premium features such as AI chat, advanced calculators, and detailed reports.
Unused tokens, credits, and digital entitlements are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
7. Billing and Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay, PayPal, app marketplaces, or other authorized payment processors. We do not store full card or payment instrument details on our servers unless explicitly stated.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription handling are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on FeelAstro, including branding, reports, calculators, layouts, text, graphics, code, and original interpretive content, is owned by or licensed to FeelAstro and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, republish, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, accounts, or data,
- scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform,
- create multiple accounts for free-credit abuse,
- misuse AI features for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
11. AI and Automated Interpretations
Some FeelAstro features may use AI-generated or automated interpretations. These outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, generalized statements, or imperfect reasoning. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or critical decisions.
12. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Astrological interpretations are symbolic and subjective in nature. FeelAstro does not guarantee outcomes related to relationships, marriage, health, fertility, finance, business, legal matters, education, career, or future events.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelAstro and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or business loss arising from use of the Service, reliance on readings, token use, subscription use, downtime, interruptions, or technical issues.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeelAstro and its affiliates against any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
15. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, pricing, subscription plan, calculator, token rule, report format, or AI functionality at any time without liability.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, unless otherwise required by law.
