Refund & Cancellation Policy

FeelAstro provides digital services including subscriptions, token-based access, astrology reports, calculators, and AI-generated content.
1. Digital Nature of Services
Because our products and services are digital and may be delivered instantly or consumed immediately, refunds are generally limited once access has been granted, tokens have been credited, reports have been generated, or digital services have been used.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will stop future renewals, but the current billing period will continue until its end.
No partial refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription unless required by law.
3. Token Purchases
Purchased tokens are generally non-refundable once credited to your account. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Generated Reports and Digital Deliverables
Once a report, calculation, personalized reading, or other digital astrology service has been generated, delivered, downloaded, or substantially accessed, it is generally non-refundable.
5. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or payment was collected but the service was not delivered due to a confirmed technical failure on our side, you may contact support for review. Approved cases may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
We reserve the right to deny refunds or revoke access where we detect chargeback abuse, token farming, duplicate-account abuse, fraudulent claims, or violation of our Terms.
7. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds, credits, or replacement access in genuine cases involving clear technical issues or failed delivery, but we are not obligated to do so except where required by applicable law.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, may take several business days to reflect depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, app marketplace, or payment method used.
